Spark R&D Complete Exhaust System

Spark R&D has dedicated extensive development to the Japanese 3-cylinder engine, creating a range of complete exhaust systems designed to enhance the bike's performance, sound and appearance.

The first proposal is a complete EURO5+ homologated system, designed for road use and developed to increase performance without requiring any changes to the ECU or engine map.

Spark's extensive experience with 3-cylinder engines, including Moto2 applications, has helped optimise the manifold design and combine it with a high-performance catalyst featuring racing-grade cell density and high-quality impregnation.

For the homologated versions, an AISI 304 stainless steel pre-silencer helps achieve the required noise levels while keeping weight to a minimum. The design integrates cleanly with the lines of the motorcycle, while producing a deep, dark tone at idle and retaining the distinctive intake sound of the 3-cylinder engine.

3-Outlet EURO5+ System

The standout option is Spark's unconventional 3-outlet system, featuring three separate outlets — one for each cylinder of the CP3 engine.

Developed using advanced 3D laser technology for the asymmetrical outlet connections, the system features:

• AISI 304 stainless steel manifolds
• 3-in-1 collector with catalytic converter
• Silencing box with 3 outlets
• Racing-style outlet grilles
• EURO5+ homologation

Available in two finishes:

• Stainless Steel – Scotch Brite
• Black Ceramic

Grid-O System

The second option builds on the successful previous-generation design, combining AISI 304 stainless steel manifolds with a 3-in-1 collector and catalytic converter.

The system is finished with a compact, aggressive low-bore silencer, with the option of the Grid-O full titanium silencer, the same design used by the 2020 Moto2 World Championship-winning machine, complete with visible TIG welding.
