Radiator Support Kit Ducati V4 2025

System developed to support the standard radiators, following the replacement of the original fairings, for track use of the new V4.
The kit consists of several elements for a correct "elastic" fixing of the radiators and not compromising their structure, respecting the construction criteria with which Ducati has developed this particular coupling between radiators and fairing: in fact, it is strongly discouraged by the manufacturer to have a rigid fixing on the muskets welded above the water radiator as they are not load-bearing.

After intensive development and testing work, the solution developed by our R&D department has been chosen worldwide in the various championships where it is not possible to replace the standard radiators.
Among the various users is also the Aviobike-WRS team which has adopted our solution to face the 2025 endurance EWC season, a world championship with stages such as LeMans in which all mechanical components are stressed for 24 consecutive hours of use.

Kit components:
– 1 Upper support with "wing" profile, made of aluminum alloy, entirely machined from solid with 3D
technology – 2 ABS guide-spacers for the correct positioning of the upper
support – 2 Support tie-rods for the oil cooler made of stainless steel shaped "like a lance" so as not to compromise the flow of air
– 1 Connecting strut between engine block and oil cooler, also made of billet
aluminum alloy – 2 Vane clips made of ABS
– Mounting screws

In addition to the support function, the upper support has an important role in "guiding" the flow of air through the radiating core.
Its particular geometry follows that of the standard conveyor and allows the use of the original mobile vanes essential for cooling, minimizing the air leak in the upper area.

Our R&D department has carried out an important work of optimization of the structure with the aim of an extreme reduction in weight: just 250 grams total for all the structural components of the kit.

No modifications to any component of the motorcycle are necessary for installation.
