Spark has developed a comprehensive range of 3/4 and full racing exhaust systems for Japanese supersport motorcycles, designed to maximise performance while meeting the varying noise limits imposed by European racing circuits.

Multiple silencer options, materials and configurations are available to suit different sound levels and performance requirements, with no dB killer required.

Silencer Options

• Force / Force Evo – designed for the 102 dB limit used in the French Championship and Endurance World Championship

• Konix Evo – designed for 107 dB

• Moto-GP / Grid-O – above the standard dB limits

3/4 Racing Systems

The 3/4 system uses a 2-into-1 collector to replace the catalytic converter and silencer while retaining the original manifold. Collectors are available in AISI 304 stainless steel or titanium.

Two configurations are available:

• D.54 – optimised for 2015–2019 MY, allowing lower noise levels

• D.60 – optimised for 2020–2023 MY, with a 60 mm silencer inlet

Full Racing Systems

Spark's full systems are the top-range option, developed in cooperation with teams competing in major international championships, including the Endurance World Championship.

Collector dimensions, pipe geometry, segments and cones have been developed through extensive dyno testing to optimise torque, performance and reliability. Visible welds enhance the race-focused appearance while also serving a functional purpose.

The latest manifold configuration introduces CNC-machined bushes on the couplings, improving both performance and technical durability.

EWC Full Titanium System

Developed for the Endurance World Championship, the EWC specification combines a full titanium D.65 system with a Force Evo silencer.
