Spark has extensively developed its range of full exhaust systems for Japanese 3-cylinder motorcycles, focusing on design, sound and performance. Drawing on Spark's experience with 3-cylinder engines, including Moto2, each system has been developed to optimise gas flow and performance while maintaining the character of the CP3 engine.

EURO 5+ Homologated Systems

The primary development was a EURO 5+ homologated full system designed for road use, offering improved performance without ECU remapping or map intervention.

The system combines an AISI 304 stainless-steel manifold, 3-into-1 collector and a high-performance catalytic converter featuring racing cells and a high concentration of noble metals. A lightweight AISI 304 stainless-steel pre-silencer helps meet noise regulations while maintaining a deep, dark idle note and the distinctive intake sound of the three-cylinder engine.

Triple-Exit System

Spark's most unconventional design features three outlets, echoing the three cylinders of the Japanese CP3 engine. The system uses advanced 3D laser technology to create the asymmetrical coupling required for the three outlets.

The EURO 5+ homologated system features an AISI 304 stainless-steel manifold, 3-into-1 catalysed pipe and silencer box with three outlets, finished with racing-style mesh.

Single-Exit Moto2-Inspired System

The second design draws inspiration from Spark's successful Euro 4 system and features an AISI 304 stainless-steel manifold, 3-into-1 catalysed pipe and a low-mounted silencer box.

It can be paired with the Grid-O full titanium silencer, the same design used on Spark's 2020 Moto2 World Championship-winning system.

Double-Exit EURO 5+ System

The final homologated design features an AISI 304 stainless-steel 3-into-1 catalysed collector and a silencer box with twin outlets and MotoGP-style mesh.

The design enhances the original double-exit styling while adding a more aggressive racing appearance.
