Spark has developed a comprehensive range of high-performance 3/4 and full racing exhaust systems for the Yamaha supersport, offering different materials, silencer designs and sound levels to suit various racing regulations and rider preferences.

3/4 Racing Systems

The 3/4 system uses a 2-in-1 collector to remove the original catalytic converter while retaining the OEM manifold. Available in AISI 304 stainless steel or titanium, with 54 mm and 60 mm configurations depending on model year.

Available silencer options include:

• Force – optimised for lower noise levels

• Force Evo – designed to meet the 102 dB limit used in the French Championship and Endurance World Championship

• Konix Evo – up to 107 dB

• Moto GP – competition specification

• Grid-O – competition specification

Full Racing Systems

Spark’s full systems have been developed alongside teams competing in major international championships, with extensive testing focused on performance, torque, reliability and durability.

The systems feature carefully developed collectors, precision-engineered cones and visible TIG welds, with the latest manifold design incorporating CNC-machined bushes for improved fitment and performance.
