Spark has developed a comprehensive range of high-performance 3/4 and full racing exhaust systems for the Yamaha supersport, with different materials, silencer designs and noise levels to meet the demands of various racing championships.

3/4 Racing Systems

The 3/4 systems feature a 2-in-1 collector designed to remove the original catalytic converter and silencer while retaining the OEM manifold. Available in AISI 304 stainless steel or titanium, with 54 mm and 60 mm configurations depending on model year.

Silencer options include:

• Force / Force Evo – designed for lower noise levels, with Force Evo suitable for the 102 dB limit used by the French Championship and Endurance World Championship

• Konix Evo – designed for up to 107 dB

• Moto GP and Grid-O – competition-focused options for higher noise limits

Full Racing Systems

Spark’s full systems have been developed in collaboration with teams competing in major international championships, focusing on maximum performance, torque and reliability.

The latest manifold design incorporates CNC-machined bushes for improved fitment and performance, while visible TIG welds, precision-formed cones and segmented collectors provide the distinctive Spark racing appearance.
