Spark has developed a comprehensive range of high-performance 3/4 and full racing exhaust systems for the Yamaha supersport, offering multiple materials, silencer options and noise levels to suit different racing requirements.

3/4 Racing Systems

The 3/4 systems feature a 2-in-1 collector designed to remove the original catalytic converter while retaining the OEM manifold. Available in AISI 304 stainless steel or titanium, with 54 mm and 60 mm configurations depending on model year.

A range of silencers is available to suit different circuit noise limits:

• Force / Force Evo – designed for lower noise levels, with Force Evo suitable for the 102 dB limit used by the French Championship and Endurance World Championship

• Konix Evo – suitable for up to 107 dB

• Moto GP and Grid-O – competition-focused options for higher noise limits

Full Racing Systems

Spark’s full systems are developed in collaboration with teams competing in major international championships, with extensive testing focused on performance, torque and reliability.

The latest manifold design incorporates CNC-machined bushes for improved fitment and performance. Precision-engineered cones, segmented collectors and visible TIG welds provide both functional benefits and the distinctive Spark racing appearance.
