Spark has developed a comprehensive range of high-performance 3/4 and full racing exhaust systems for the Japanese supersport bike. Available in various materials and with multiple silencer options, the range is designed to maximise performance while meeting the different noise limits imposed by European circuits.

3/4 Racing Systems

The 3/4 system uses a 2-into-1 collector to replace the catalytic converter and silencer while retaining the original manifold. It is available in AISI 304 stainless steel or titanium, with two configurations:

• 54 mm – Optimised for 2015–2019 MY, offering lower noise levels.

• 60 mm – Optimised for 2020–2023 MY, with a 60 mm silencer inlet.

Silencer options include Force, Force Evo, Konix Evo, Moto-GP and Grid-O, offering different sound levels to suit individual requirements and circuit regulations.

Full Racing Systems

Spark's full systems are the top-level option, developed alongside teams competing in major international championships, including the Endurance World Championship. Extensive dyno testing has been used to optimise collector sizing, pipe geometry and cone design for maximum torque, performance and reliability.

The systems feature visible race-style welds and are available with stainless steel or full titanium collectors. The latest manifold configuration incorporates CNC-machined bushes on the couplings, improving both performance and technical reliability.

Spark's EWC D.65 complete system was developed for Endurance World Championship competition and features a full titanium construction with Force Evo silencer.
