EVO Silencer Range

Spark's new EVO silencer range features a racing-style carbon end cap and has been developed to deliver maximum performance while complying with the dB limits required by Italian and European circuits.

Step 1, Step 2 & Step 3 Systems

STEP 1
The original version developed by Spark's R&D team, offering strong performance at a more competitive price. This version does not feature CNC-machined connections.

STEP 2
An evolution of the Step 1 system, designed to improve mid-range torque. CNC-machined connections provide improved collector coupling and increased durability.

STEP 3
The latest development, designed to further increase performance, particularly on engines built to Supersport specification. The system features fully CNC-machined connections for maximum precision and durability.

Racing Development

Spark has continuously refined its Yamaha R6 competition system through extensive testing and development with professional riders and racing teams.

This development programme contributed to Spark-powered Yamaha R6 machines securing the Italian SSP600 Championship title in 2019 and 2020.

The system has also demonstrated impressive performance at Mugello Circuit, recording a top speed of 275.50 km/h during the opening race of the Italian Championship.
