Spark's full racing exhaust system for the Yamaha R6 is the result of continuous research, development and innovation, designed to deliver maximum performance on the track.

Step 1, Step 2 & Step 3

STEP 1
The original Spark R&D system, offering excellent performance at a more competitive price. This version does not feature CNC-machined connections.

STEP 2
An evolution of Step 1, developed to improve mid-range torque. CNC-machined connections provide improved collector coupling and increased durability.

STEP 3
The latest evolution, developed to further maximise performance, particularly on Supersport-specification engines. The connections are machined from solid using CNC technology for improved precision and durability.

Racing Development

Spark has continuously developed its Yamaha R6 competition system in collaboration with professional riders and racing teams. This development helped secure the Italian SSP600 Championship title in both 2019 and 2020.

The 2021 Step 3 evolution was developed to deliver the highest possible performance while remaining within the dB limits required by Italian and European circuits.

During the opening round of the Italian Championship, the Spark-equipped R6 achieved a top speed of 275.50 km/h at Mugello Circuit.
