Spark R&D developed this full racing system for the Japanese twin-cylinder supersport, working closely with teams competing in national championships such as the CIV and the WorldSSP300 Championship.

Development began with Luca Bernardi's motorcycle and ultimately contributed to victory in the Italian SSP300 Championship in 2018. Further development followed with Team Machado in the WorldSSP300 Championship and Team MMR with Kevin Arduini in the 2020 CIV Championship, helping Spark adapt its systems to increasingly strict European circuit noise regulations.

Full Racing System

The system has been developed around optimised collector dimensions to improve gas flow and overall performance. Advanced construction techniques and carefully engineered structural details provide the reliability required for competition use.

Two main configurations are available:

• Full Titanium – Titanium collector and titanium silencer.

• Stainless Steel / Titanium – AISI 304 stainless-steel collector with titanium silencer, available in 50 mm or 60 mm diameters.

Silencer Options

Different silencers are available to provide a choice of sound levels and styling:

• GYA8837T – Force 300, D.50 – designed for 102 dB

• GYA8857T – Force 300, D.60 – designed for 104 dB

• GYA8856T – Konix + stainless-steel collector – designed for 107 dB

• GYA8833T – Konix + full titanium collector – designed for 107 dB

• GYA8855T – Moto-GP – 112 dB, offering an extreme and ultra-light configuration
