Spark's comprehensive range of 3/4 and full racing exhaust systems has been developed to maximise performance on the Japanese supersport bike. Available in different materials and with a choice of silencers, the range caters for varying aesthetic preferences and European circuit noise limits.

3/4 Racing Systems

The 3/4 system features a 2-into-1 collector designed to remove the catalytic converter and silencer while retaining the original manifold. Available in AISI 304 stainless steel or titanium, it is offered in two configurations:

• 54 mm – Optimised for 2015–2019 MY, allowing lower noise levels.

• 60 mm – Optimised for 2020–2023 MY, with a 60 mm silencer inlet.

Available silencer options include Force, Force Evo, Konix Evo, Moto-GP and Grid-O. Force and Force Evo are designed for applications requiring 102 dB, while Konix Evo is designed for 107 dB applications.

Full Racing Systems

Spark's full systems are the top-range racing option, developed in collaboration with teams competing in major international championships, including the Endurance World Championship.

Extensive dyno testing has been used to optimise collector sizing, pipe geometry and cone design for maximum torque, performance and reliability. Visible race-style welds enhance the competition-focused appearance, while the latest manifold configuration incorporates CNC-machined bushes on the couplings for improved performance and durability.

Available with stainless-steel or full titanium collectors, the systems can be paired with different silencers to suit varying sound-level requirements.
