Spark IT Konix Full Titanium System D.60 Yamaha R3 15-24

Spark R&D developed this full racing system for the Japanese twin-cylinder supersport, working closely with teams competing in national and international championships, including the CIV and WorldSSP300.

Development began with Luca Bernardi's motorcycle, contributing to victory in the Italian SSP300 Championship in 2018. Further development was carried out with Team Machado in the WorldSSP300 Championship and Team MMR with Kevin Arduini in CIV 2020, helping refine the system to meet increasingly strict European circuit noise regulations.

Full Racing System

The system has been developed around carefully optimised collector dimensions to improve gas flow and performance. Advanced construction techniques and engineered structural details provide the reliability required for competition use.

Two main configurations are available:

• Full Titanium – Titanium collector and titanium silencer.

• Stainless Steel / Titanium – AISI 304 stainless-steel collector with titanium silencer, available in 50 mm or 60 mm diameters.

Silencer Options

A range of silencers allows the system to be configured for different sound levels and racing requirements:

• GYA8837T – Force 300, D.50 – 102 dB

• GYA8857T – Force 300, D.60 – 104 dB

• GYA8856T – Konix with stainless-steel collector – 107 dB

• GYA8833T – Konix with full titanium collector – 107 dB

• GYA8855T – Moto-GP – 112 dB, ultra-light configuration
