Spark has developed a comprehensive range of 3/4 and full racing exhaust systems for the Japanese supersport bike, designed to maximise performance while offering different materials, silencer options and noise levels to suit various racing requirements.

Strict noise limits are now enforced at many European circuits, with permitted levels varying between championships and engine specifications. Spark's range has therefore been developed to deliver high performance while accommodating these requirements without the use of dB killers.

3/4 Racing Systems

The 3/4 system uses a 2-into-1 collector to replace the catalytic converter and silencer while retaining the original manifold. Available in AISI 304 stainless steel or titanium, it is offered in two configurations:

• 54 mm – Optimised for 2015–2019 MY, allowing lower noise levels.

• 60 mm – Optimised for 2020–2023 MY, with a 60 mm silencer inlet.

Available silencer options include Force, Force Evo, Konix Evo, Moto-GP and Grid-O, covering different sound-level requirements.

Full Racing Systems

Spark's full systems are the top-range racing option, developed in collaboration with teams competing in major international championships, including the Endurance World Championship.

Extensive dyno testing has been used to optimise collector sizing, pipe geometry and cone design for improved torque, performance and reliability. Visible welds enhance the race-focused appearance, while the latest manifold configuration features CNC-machined bushes on the couplings for improved technical performance and durability.

The systems are available with stainless-steel or full titanium collectors, combined with different silencer options to suit varying sound-level requirements.
