The Yamaha Ténéré 700 is a truly versatile motorcycle, equally at home on asphalt and off-road. To enhance its character, performance and unmistakable adventure spirit, Spark has developed the DAKAR silencer.

Designed using modern materials and manufacturing technologies, the DAKAR silencer pays tribute to the timeless style and iconic character of the legendary desert rally.

The slip-on is available in two Euro 5+ homologated versions: standard routing (GYA1601) and high routing (GYA1602). The high-routing version is a direct tribute to the classic Dakar racing configuration.

Lightweight construction and improved performance are the key features of the DAKAR silencer. It weighs 50% less than the original exhaust while delivering a significant performance increase of up to +3 hp between 9,000 and 9,500 rpm. All this is achieved while remaining fully compliant with the Euro 5+ regulations, following extensive noise and dyno testing.

For those looking for a more RACING-oriented setup, Spark also offers the de-cat manifold (GYA8504). It can be combined with either Spark silencer to create a complete racing system, or fitted with the original Yamaha silencer.

The dyno tests published on the Spark website were carried out on completely standard motorcycles, without ECU remapping.

When installing the racing de-cat manifold, ECU remapping is recommended to optimise the fuelling and fully exploit the performance potential of the complete system.
