For the Triumph Street Triple MY2023–2026, Spark has developed a complete Euro 5+ approved exhaust system designed to maximise performance while delivering a deep, aggressive exhaust note that remains fully compliant with road regulations. Premium construction details and advanced engineering make this a worthy evolution of Spark’s renowned exhaust range for Triumph’s iconic three-cylinder naked bike.

Spark’s R&D team has been refining the Triumph three-cylinder platform since its introduction in Moto2. Following the 2020 world championship title, development continued in close collaboration with Triumph’s Supersport 600 programme, leading to a range of highly specialised exhaust systems for both racing and road use.

Designed for MY2023–2026

For the latest Street Triple models, Spark’s range has been further enhanced. All homologated systems include dual lambda sensor provisions, allowing direct installation on Euro 5+ motorcycles. A cap for the second sensor is also supplied for bikes equipped with a single lambda sensor.

Unlike previous model years, the MY2023–2026 original exhaust is a one-piece assembly, which means Spark’s approved system is supplied as a complete replacement kit. Alongside the full homologated system, Spark continues to offer modular racing solutions and complete racing kits.

GTR8824TOM – complete homologated Grid-O system

The flagship GTR8824TOM features headers manufactured entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, with CNC-machined joints, expansion compensators, and a 3-into-1 collector inspired by Spark’s Moto2 race systems.

At the heart of the collector is a high-performance catalytic converter with a racing-style cell structure and a high concentration of precious metal coatings. This advanced catalyst is unique within its market segment, ensuring compliance with Euro 5 emissions standards while also improving engine performance.

Downstream of the collector is a silencing chamber paired with the aggressive low-mounted Grid-O silencer. Constructed entirely from titanium with visible TIG welds and a titanium outlet grille, this is the same silencer design used on the Moto2 World Championship-winning exhaust system. An optional black ceramic coating is available for an even more refined finish.

Side-exit homologated systems

Spark also offers two homologated side-exit versions inspired by Supersport and Moto2 race bikes:

• GTR8826TOM – complete system with AISI 304 stainless steel headers, catalytic 3-into-1 collector, side-mounted silencing chamber, carbon heat shield, and the Konix Evo titanium silencer with carbon end cap.

• GTR8825TOM – complete side-exit system featuring the full titanium Grid-O silencer.

The Konix Evo has been redesigned to reduce weight even further, with the outer sleeve, perforated core, and internal end cap all manufactured from titanium.

For every homologated version, carefully optimised header diameters and lengths provide increased power across the entire rev range while remaining fully Euro 5 compliant.

Modular racing systems

Spark’s modular racing range allows installation on an otherwise standard motorcycle. These systems require the GTR8502 stainless steel racing headers together with the SKIT112 installation hardware kit, and can be paired with one of four silencer options.

GTR0509T – Konix Evo side-exit slip-on

A side-exit titanium Konix Evo silencer with carbon end cap, stainless steel link pipe, and carbon heat shield. This is the same silencer used in the World Supersport 600 Championship. It is compatible with the optional G9999 dB killer (not included).

GTR0510T – Force Evo side-exit slip-on

Features the latest Force Evo titanium silencer, redesigned with a sculpted titanium body and carbon end cap. It offers a more modern appearance and reduced sound levels compared with the previous Force design. Compatible with the optional G9999 dB killer (not included).

GTR0501T – low-mounted Grid-O racing slip-on

A lightweight Grid-O titanium slip-on with a titanium link pipe and visible TIG welds, combining race-inspired styling with premium craftsmanship. This is the loudest and most aggressive-sounding option in the range.

GTR0507TOM – Grid-O slip-on with pre-silencer

Originally developed as a Euro 4 homologated system for earlier models, this version includes a pre-silencer chamber without a catalytic converter. When paired with the GTR8502 racing headers on MY2023–2026 bikes, it creates a complete non-catalysed system with a powerful yet more controlled exhaust note.

Installation hardware

SKIT112 includes all components required to install the GTR8502 headers on MY2023–2026 models:

• Radiator bracket

• Under-engine bracket

• Aluminium spacer

The GTR8817T WSSP600 Replica Kit is designed exclusively for racing use and requires a racing oil sump, as the header routing passes on the right-hand side of the engine. The kit includes stainless steel headers, a titanium link pipe, a Konix Evo titanium silencer, and a carbon heat shield.

Racing use only

All non-homologated complete systems are intended exclusively for racing use. For optimum performance, ECU remapping is strongly recommended.
