Important installation information

When installing the GKT8502 racing manifold, the motorcycle must be remapped.

Removing the catalytic converter will cause the engine to run significantly leaner, increasing exhaust temperatures and the thermal stress placed on the exhaust system.

• Install the manifold using the original graphite gaskets.

• If the exhaust valve cables remain fitted to the motorcycle, secure them to the supplied valve simulator.

• If the valve motor and cables are removed, we recommend using part number GKT8503.

The racing manifold has been developed to maximise performance while minimising weight. For this reason, we recommend inspecting the sound-absorbing material every 15,000–20,000 km, or sooner if you notice any discolouration of the pre-silencer chamber.

Full titanium racing manifold

For riders seeking a modular full exhaust system, Spark offers a full titanium TIG-welded racing manifold:

• GKT8502 – supplied with a dedicated valve simulator that connects to the original cables to prevent warning lights from appearing.

• GKT8503 – supplied without a valve simulator (ECU remapping or an electronic valve simulator must be installed before starting the engine).

Both systems are exceptionally lightweight and include a silencing chamber that replaces the bulky original exhaust, giving the bike a deep, rich exhaust note without excessive noise.

Performance is improved across the entire rev range. ECU remapping is required when fitting the racing manifold. The system can be installed with either a Spark silencer or the original silencer.

Following the success of Spark’s exhaust range for the KTM Super Duke 1290, the line-up has now been expanded to include the latest KTM Super Duke 1390 R EVO. All previous Euro 5 approved systems have been updated, and Spark’s R&D team has further enhanced the range with the introduction of the all-new Dyno silencers.

The twin under-seat exhaust gives the bike a significantly sportier appearance while remaining fully compliant with Euro 5 regulations.

This unmistakable styling upgrade is available with:

• Pair of Grid-O silencers, 175 mm long (GKT0111TOM)

• Pair of MotoGP silencers (GKT0117TOM), available in titanium or dark finish

• Pair of Dyno silencers (GKT0120TOMA), featuring orange and black anodised aluminium or carbon fibre end caps

The new design is a showcase of advanced engineering, produced using the latest generation manufacturing technology, including 5-axis CNC machining for the precision-milled end cap.

The orange anodised end cap adds a distinctive touch of style, while its perforated design serves both technical and aesthetic purposes, reducing weight and reflecting light beautifully thanks to the contrasting internal and external radii.

A carbon fibre end cap version (GKT0120TOMC) is also available for the Dyno silencers.

For riders who prefer the original-style side-mounted slip-on configuration, Spark offers:

• Konix EVO silencer (GKT0113TOM), with a carbon fibre end cap and an ultra-aggressive design, available with either a titanium or dark-finish sleeve, delivering an engaging soundtrack while remaining Euro 5 compliant

• Grid-O silencer with a full titanium grid (GKT0114T), a pure racing solution that produces an exceptional sound (this version is not road legal).
