Following the success of Spark exhaust systems for the KTM Super Duke 1290, the range has been expanded to fit the latest KTM Super Duke 1390 R EVO. Spark has updated its previously approved Euro 5 exhaust options while also introducing the brand-new Dyno silencer range.

The twin under-seat exhaust configuration gives the motorcycle a significantly sportier appearance while maintaining compliance with Euro 5 regulations.

Available Under-Seat Silencers

Choose from the following options:

• Grid-O Silencers – GKT0111TOM
  Pair of 175 mm long silencers.

• MotoGP Silencers – GKT0117TOM
  Available in titanium or dark finish.

• Dyno Silencers – GKT0120TOMA
  Available with orange/black anodized aluminium or carbon fibre end caps.

The new Dyno design combines advanced technology with distinctive styling. Manufactured using modern machinery, including 5-axis CNC technology, the precision-machined end cap provides an exceptional level of detail and finish.

The orange anodized end cap adds a distinctive visual touch, while the precision perforations provide both technical and aesthetic benefits. The varying internal and external radii help reduce weight while creating a jewel-like appearance as they reflect light.

A carbon fibre end cap version – GKT0120TOMC is also available for the Dyno silencers.

Side-Mounted Slip-On Options

For riders looking for a side-mounted slip-on exhaust similar to the original factory configuration, Spark offers:

• Konix EVO Silencer – GKT0113TOM
  Features a carbon fibre end cap and an aggressive design. Available with a titanium or dark-style sleeve, delivering a distinctive exhaust note while complying with Euro 5 regulations.

• Grid-O Silencer – GKT0114T
  Features a full titanium grid design with a highly aggressive racing appearance and a powerful exhaust note. This version is not street legal.

Full Titanium Racing Manifold

For those looking for a modular full exhaust system, Spark offers a full titanium TIG-welded racing manifold in two versions:

• GKT8502 – Includes a special valve simulator for connecting the original valve cables and preventing warning lights from appearing on the dashboard.

• GKT8503 – Supplied without a valve simulator. Motorcycle ECU remapping or an electronic valve simulator must be installed before starting the engine.

Both manifolds are extremely lightweight and feature a silencing box designed to replace the bulky original exhaust components. They provide the KTM with a deeper, darker exhaust note without becoming excessively loud.

Performance & Installation

The Spark system is designed to improve performance throughout the entire rev range.

ECU remapping is required when installing the racing manifold.

The manifold can be installed with either a Spark silencer or the original factory silencer, providing flexibility when building a customised exhaust setup.
