NOT COMPATIBLE WITH PASSENGER FOOTRESTS
NOT COMPATIBLE ON RR VERSION

Developed for the latest KTM 1390 Super Duke R Evo, Spark’s exhaust range combines aggressive styling, a distinctive sound and improved performance while maintaining Euro 5 compliance. The range builds on Spark’s successful 1290 Super Duke systems, with updated homologated options and new Dyno silencers.

Double Under-Seat Exhausts

For a sportier appearance and distinctive finish, Spark offers a choice of:

  • GKT0111TOM – Pair of 175 mm Grid-O titanium silencers

  • GKT0117TOM – Pair of MotoGP silencers, available in titanium or dark finish

  • GKT0120TOMA – Pair of Dyno silencers with orange/black anodised aluminium or carbon-fibre end caps

  • GKT0120TOMC – Dyno silencers with carbon-fibre end caps

The Dyno silencers feature precision-machined end caps produced using 5-axis CNC technology. Their perforated design reduces weight while adding a distinctive technical appearance.

Lateral Slip-On Exhausts

For a more conventional side-mounted configuration:

  • GKT0113TOM – Konix EVO: Titanium or dark sleeve, carbon-fibre end cap, aggressive styling and Euro 5-compliant sound.

  • GKT0114T – Grid-O: Full titanium construction with a racing-style grid and highly aggressive sound. Not street legal.

Full Titanium Racing Manifolds

Spark also offers modular full-system manifolds:

  • GKT8502 – Full titanium TIG-welded racing manifold with valve simulator, allowing the original valve cables to be connected without triggering error lights.

  • GKT8503 – Full titanium TIG-welded racing manifold without valve simulator. An ECU remap or electronic valve simulator must be fitted before starting the engine.

Both manifolds feature a lightweight silencing box which replaces the bulky original exhaust, producing a deeper, darker exhaust note without excessive volume.

Performance is improved throughout the rev range, with installation possible alongside either a Spark silencer or the original silencer.

Important: ECU remapping is required when installing the racing manifold.
