Spark has developed the Grid-O slip-on system for the KTM Duke's twin-cylinder engine, combining lightweight construction, improved performance and distinctive racing-inspired styling.

The system features a high-mounted twin-exhaust layout, with Grid-O silencers mounted on both the left and right sides. Developed using Spark's experience in WSBK and Moto2, the Grid-O silencers feature full titanium construction, advanced 3D laser cutting and TIG-welded components.

At just 600 g per silencer, the Grid-O system offers a significant weight-saving solution while delivering an aggressive, deep exhaust note. The removable dB killer allows sound levels to be controlled in accordance with applicable regulations.

The Grid-O slip-on connects to the original catalysed collector using stainless-steel connecting pipes. The pipe diameters have been developed and tested to optimise performance, delivering approximately 2 hp more than the standard exhaust.
