Spark has developed the Grid-O slip-on system specifically for the KTM Duke's twin-cylinder engine, combining lightweight construction, improved performance and an aggressive racing-inspired appearance.

The system features a high-mounted twin-exhaust configuration, with a Grid-O silencer on both the left and right sides of the motorcycle. Developed through Spark's experience in WSBK and Moto2, the Grid-O silencers combine advanced manufacturing techniques with lightweight titanium construction.

Each full titanium silencer weighs just 600 g and features 3D laser-cut components and TIG-welded construction. The removable dB killer provides an aggressive, deep exhaust note while maintaining compliance with applicable noise regulations.

The Grid-O slip-on connects directly to the original catalysed collector using stainless-steel connecting pipes. Carefully developed pipe diameters improve gas flow and provide approximately 2 hp more than the standard exhaust.
