Spark has developed a high-performance exhaust solution for the KTM Duke's twin-cylinder engine, combining improved performance with an aggressive racing-inspired design.

The standout feature is the high-mounted twin-exhaust layout, with a Grid-O silencer positioned on each side of the motorcycle. Developed through Spark's experience in WSBK and Moto2, the Grid-O silencers combine lightweight titanium construction with advanced manufacturing technology.

Each full titanium silencer weighs just 600 g, with 3D laser-cut components and TIG-welded construction providing a high level of technical precision and durability.

The Grid-O slip-on system connects to the original catalysed collector using stainless-steel connecting pipes. Pipe diameters have been developed and tested to improve gas flow and deliver approximately 2 hp more than the standard exhaust.

The removable dB killer allows the rider to alter the exhaust character while maintaining compliance with applicable noise regulations.
