Spark has begun development work for the brand new Japanese small 4-cylinder with the aim of maximizing performance and giving an even more aggressive sound and look to this "baby screamer", to make it perfect for the most important tracks around the world.
A careful and painstaking work, resulting in different configurations of complete kits, which allow you to significantly improve performance, add a touch of 100% Italian design and reach the phonometric limits, even very restrictive, imposed in some European circuits.

A truly optimal result, so much so that it was chosen to equip all the Kawasaki ZX-4RRs with the first and most important single-brand trophy dedicated to this bike, the 2024 Kawasaki British Superteen Championship, within the BSB.

The complete kit GKA8850T, chosen for the British single-brand championship, consists of an Aisi 304 stainless steel manifold with diameters and taper of the 4-2-1 junctions designed and tested for the optimization of performance. The technologies and structural details of this product, derived from experience in Superbike and Moto2, such as the CNC bushings turned from solid, the choice and sizing of the compensators... guarantee top reliability and performance.

The kit is also embellished with the Konix Evo silencer: the latest silencer born in the R&D Spark has an extremely racing design with a carbon end cap with elements designed in collaboration with a Maranello style center, a good volume to fit within the db imposed on British circuits and extremely light because it is entirely made of titanium (the silencer case and the internal end cap are made of titanium). The silencer has the predisposition for the db killer (G9999), NOT included in the package.
The kit is supplied with a mounting bracket to the frame for racing use but a mounting kit dedicated to installation on the original bike is also included in the package, thus allowing you to keep the passenger footpegs.

The second proposal is the complete kit GKA8852T, with the new Force Evo l. 350 mm, which allows you to reach 105db@7500rpm. The silencer has a refined and aggressive design, modernized and streamlined by a rib on the titanium case that converges towards the lines of the carbon end cap, a perfect fusion between grit and elegance. This complete exhaust system also includes the bracket for fixing to the chassis, for typical racing use and the second bracket, for fixing directly to the passenger footboard, is included in the package.

In collaboration with Kawasaki Germany, Spark has also developed a proposal to be part of the 98dB@7500rpm (GKA8855T), with a special Force Evo silencer in the 400mm version and 2 db dedicated killers.

Finally, the complete kit with Grid-O silencer (GKA8851T) is available, super aggressive, the same used on the tracks of the Moto2 and Superbike World Championships, without phonometric limits.
The latter proposal, extremely popular in countries where there are no phonometric limitations, is supplied with a bracket for fixing to the passenger footboard, on the bike in the original configuration. The bracket for fixing to the frame is optional.
