MANIFOLD HEAT SHIELD FIXING For the Kawasaki Z900, R&D Spark has developed a Euro5 homologated slip-on designed to enhance the aggressive and muscular character of the Japanese naked bike. An exhaust that combines refined design, premium materials and an unmistakable sound, completed by the new limited edition titanium Racing manifold, for an experience with a purely racing DNA.


The slip-on consists of the Konix Evo silencer with an extremely racing design, carbon end cap, titanium case and fitting. Ultralight. It offers a bold sound and an aggressive look, and installation is quick and easy.

This slip-on, equipped with an all-titanium silencer, is the same used in Moto2 by Enea Bastianini, 2020 World Champion.
Created for use on the track, it gives a decidedly racing look thanks to the grille on the outlet and the characteristic bluish shades that titanium takes on when exposed to the heat of exhaust gases.


Both slip-ons are complemented by a carbon fiber heat shield, positioned on the fitting, which adds refined style and integrates perfectly with the lines of the Z900. The precise and clearly visible TIG welds further embellish the product, worthy of a Made in Italy product.


For the most demanding riders, Spark also offers the full titanium racing manifold, without catalytic converter. Designed to optimize the power curve and lighten the overall weight as much as possible, it can be used in combination with Spark silencers or with the original. TIG welds and optimized diameters make it not only performing, but also a true technical work of art.
