Fighter silencer: Design, Lightness, Reliability for the homologated version The Mantua-based company has created a study group in collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano and Stefano Sacchini's Adventure School, to define the concept design for the BMW R1200 GS and to offer an aggressive and elegant product, light and reliable and, at the same time, with characteristics and volumes suitable for compliance with regulations. From the design to the 3D simulations, from the creation of the prototypes to those of the molds necessary for production, all the steps took place within the company. Thanks to the passion and commitment of the R&D team and all the technology dedicated to the project, the objectives have been achieved: optimization of performance at medium speeds (+ 2.5 hp at 4,500 rpm), absolute lightness (only 1.9 kg) and homologation issued by the Italian Ministry of Transport.
