Developed specifically for the Aprilia twin-cylinder engine, Spark€™s full titanium exhaust system has been engineered to maximise performance while delivering a deep, aggressive exhaust note and exceptional Italian styling.

The system combines carefully optimised collector dimensions with high-quality construction and precision CNC-machined components, providing increased performance across the rev range while maintaining excellent reliability.

Available Silencer Options

Konix Evo €“ GAP8806T

The Konix Evo features an aggressive racing-inspired design with a carbon fibre end cap. Constructed entirely from titanium, including the silencer body, perforated mesh and internal end cap, it offers an exceptionally lightweight solution while maintaining noise levels suitable for many European circuits.

The silencer is prepared for the G9999 dB killer, which is included with the kit. A carbon fibre heat shield is also supplied, providing both a premium finish and essential protection around the exhaust manifold, particularly when used with rearsets.

Force Evo €“ GAP8807T

The Force Evo features a distinctive ribbed titanium silencer that flows into the carbon fibre end cap, combining a technical appearance with Spark€™s unmistakable racing design.

The kit includes a carbon fibre heat shield and mounting brackets. It is compatible with the original passenger footrests, with the dedicated passenger footrest mounting bracket included.

The G9999 dB killer is supplied as standard. A 400 mm version, GAP8809T, is also available for riders looking to further reduce exhaust noise.

Grid-O €“ GAP8808T

The Grid-O is Spark€™s most aggressive racing silencer, inspired by the exhaust systems used in Moto2 and Superbike racing.

Designed primarily for applications where there are no noise restrictions, the Grid-O is supplied with a passenger footrest mounting bracket for motorcycles in their original configuration. A frame mounting bracket is available separately.

The G9980 dB killer is included.

Performance & Sound

Across all three configurations, Spark has optimised the diameter and length of the collectors to maximise engine performance and increase power throughout the rev range.
