“For the small two-cylinder motorbike from Japan, the Spark R&D department managed a targeted project in cooperation with teams participating in national championships such as CIV and SP300 World Championship. The development began on Luca Bernardi’s motorbike and led to the victory of the Italian SSP300 Championship in 2018. In view of more and more strict photometric regulations in the European circuits, the study of new evolutions has been going on Team Machado’s motorbikes, racing at the WSSP300 World Championship and Team MMR with Kevin Arduini taking part in CIV2020.
The full system has been designed starting from the perfectly size collector in order to optimize gas delivery. The collector has been created with the best construction technologies and structural details to ensure top reliability.
The full titanium version (with a titanium collector and silencer) and the AISI 304 stainless steel collector version with a titanium silencer in different diameters (d.50 or d.60mm) are both available on our website.

Collectors can be combined with different silencers to respond to several aesthetics and tastes:
Force silencer l.300, d.50 (GYA8837T) for 102 dB limit, Force silencer l.300, d.60 (GYA8857T) for 104 dB limit;
Konix with stainless steel (GYA8856T) or full titanium (GYA8833T) collector to be within the 107 dB limit required in the CIV Championship;
MotoGp silencer (GYA8855T) for an extreme 112 dB limit and ultra-light version.

Removable dB killer is included in every system.
